Arthur Monroe joined Sage Title Group February 2009 as manager of the Chesapeake Office. Prior to joining Sage, Arthur was the founder and President of Monroe Settlement Services, Inc., a Title Insurance and Real Estate Settlement Agent since 2006. Additionally, Arthur has a diverse background in Real Estate Finance, Insurance and Commercial Banking. He is the Co-founder and President of Monroe Mortgage Inc., a Mortgage Broker since 1994. An Agency Sales Manager with Allstate Insurance Company from 1983 to 1994 and a Vice President and Commercial Banker with the former First and Merchants National Bank from 1979 to 1983. Arthur is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University, Providence, Rhode Island, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and a Veteran from the United States Navy. He has been married for 30 years and has two children.
